المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان يطالب بمحاكمة عادلة للمغربي المعتقل في دونيتسك

دعا المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان، المفوضية الروسية لحقوق الإنسان، إلى بذل ما في وسعها لضمان محاكمة عادلة أمام الاستئناف للطالب المغربي إبراهيم سعدون، الذي حكمت عليه السلطات الانفصالية في شرق أوكرانيا بالإعدام.

وكانت محكمة تابعة للسلطات الانفصالية الموالية لروسيا في إقليم دونيتسك في شرق أوكرانيا قضت مطلع يونيو بإعدام المغربي سعدون ومواطنين بريطانيين اثنين، أسروا أثناء قتالهم إلى جانب قوات كييف.

وقالت رئيسة المجلس آمنة بوعياش، خلال اجتماع أمس السبت، إن المجلس التمس من المفوضية الروسية لحقوق الإنسان “بذل كل المساعي من أجل استفادة إبراهيم سعدون من محاكمة عادلة خلال الاستئناف”.

وأوضحت بوعياش أن المجلس الذي يعنى بحماية حقوق الإنسان في المغرب، تواصل مع الجهات الروسية المعنية، “نظرا لحل دولة أوكرانيا للمؤسسة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان”.

كما أعربت عن قلق المجلس حيال هذه القضية و”بذل كل المساعي الممكنة، من موقعه، من أجل حماية حق مواطن مغربي من خطر عقوبة الإعدام”.

فيما لم تصدر الحكومة المغربية أي تعليق على هذا الحكم، فيما أوضحت سفارة الرباط في أوكرانيا الاثنين أن سعدون “التحق بصفوف الجيش الأوكراني بمحض إرادته”، وأنه “يحمل الجنسية الأوكرانية”.

واعتبرت أنه “قيد الاحتجاز لدى كيان غير معترف به لا من طرف الأمم المتحدة ولا من طرف المغرب”، و”أُلقي عليه القبض وهو يرتدي زي جيش دولة أوكرانيا، بصفته عضوا في وحدة تابعة للبحرية الأوكرانية”.

من جانبه، قال والد إبراهيم سعدون في تصريحات لوسائل إعلام مغربية، عقب إعلان الحكم، إن نجله كان طالبًا في أوكرانيا عند بدء الهجوم الروسي، مؤكدا أنه “ليس من المرتزقة”.
