قرر قاضي التحقيق بجنايات الدار البيضاء، اليوم الاربعاء، إحالة 2 دركيين جدد على سجن عكاشة، يشتبه تورطهم في إحدى الملفات القضائية، تتعلق بملف تاجر المخدرات الدولي الحاج أحمد بن ابراهيم “إسكوبار الصحراء”.
وأفادت مصادر تمغربيت 24, أنه جرى إحضار سعيد الناصري، رئيس نادي الوداد البيضاوي، من السجن المحلي عكاشة، لارتباط التهمة المتابع بها مع الدركيين، الذي تم الاستماع إليهما من طرف قاضي التحقيق.
وقرر قاضي التحقيق بالغرفة الثالثة، بأيداع الدركيين الى السجن المحلي عكاشة، حيث صار ملف سعيد الناصري رئيس فريق الوداد الرياضي، وعبد النبي بعيوي رئيس مجلس جهة الشرق، يضم 27 متهما، في كان قاضي التحقيق يقوم بالاستماع الى 20 متهم في حالة إعتقال وخمسة في حالة سراح.
وسبق لقاضي التحقيق أن شرع في عملية الاستنطاق التفصيلي بالاستماع الى 20 متهم، أول أمس الثلاثاء. ولا يمكث إلا مواجهة بين أطراف هذه القضية، خاصة بين المالي الحاج أحمد بن ابراهيم وسعيد الناصري، على اعتبار أن الأخير ظل ينفي التصريحات الصادرة عن الأول بخصوصه.
وتعود تفاصيل القضية، حينما تقدمت زوجة بارون مخدرات، كانت رفقة دركي بمحكمة الإستئناف، بشكاية مباشرة للوكيل العام للملك، بجنائية الدار البيضاء، تتهم فيها دركي آخر، بالإبتزاز وطلب رشوة، مقابل غظ الطرف عن زوجها، لكن حنكة ويقضة الوكيل العام للملك، لدى محكمة الإستئناف بالدار البيضاء، وسلوكيات زوجة البارون ومرافقها الدركي، أثارت إنتباه المسؤول القضائي نفسه، الشيء الذي دفعه لمحاصرتها بمجموعة من الأسئلة الدقيقة، التي كشفت المستور وأبانت عن مجموعة من الخروقات والتجاوزات الخطيرة، التي كانت تنسج وتحاك، في تصرف سافر للقانون.
واتهمت زوجة البارون واضعة الشكاية، أمام الوكيل العام للملك، بجنائية الدار البيضاء، الدركي الموضوع رهن الإعتقال الإحتياطي، بكونه كان في كل مرة يبتزها، ويطالبها بتسديد مبالغ مالية، مقابل غض النظر عن زوجها المشبوه، ليتم بأمر من الوكيل العام نفسه، توقيف وإعتقال المشتبه فيهم الثلاثة، وإحالتهم على العدالة، لترتيب الجزاءات القانونية في حقهم، وفق ما يمليه القانون الجنائي.
