أرجأت المحكمة الابتدائية الزجرية بالدار البيضاء ملف شركة لوجيمو العقارية، إلى الأسبوع المقبل، بطلب من الدفاع.
وانعقدت جلسة اليوم الثلاثاء بالمحكمة الابتدائية الزجرية بالدار البيضاء بخصوص ملف “شركة لوجيمو العقارية”، وحضر المتهمون في حالة إعتقال ودفاعهم، بالإضافة إلى المطالبين بالحق المدني، وتنصيب من يدافع عنهم.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن المنخرطين ال 600 من ضمن 900 منخرط الذين استفادوا من شققهم، وأن التصرف لهؤلاء المتهمين ناتج عن الجمع العام لسنة 1995 الذي خول لهم التسيير والتدبير وفق الشروط المتفق عليها في الجمع العام.
وفي الجلسة العلنية السابقة، عقب ممثل النيابة على ملتمس الدفاع الذي قال إن النيابة العامة لم تصدر أمرا بإعتقال المتهمين، وإنما الأمر أتخد من طرف قاضي التحقيق، وأسند النظر لرئيس الغرفة الجنحية بمحكمة الابتدائية الزجرية بالدار البيضاء.
