وجه صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، نصره الله، رسالة إلى أعضاء أكاديمية المملكة المغربية بمناسبة افتتاح الدورة الأولى لهذه المؤسسة المرموقة في إطار هيكلتها الجديدة، والتي ترأسها، اليوم الأربعاء بالرباط، صاحب السمو الملكي ولي العهد الأمير مولاي الحسن.
وفي ما يلي نص الرسالة الملكية السامية التي تلاها، أمين السر الدائم لأكاديمية المملكة المغربية عبد الجليل الحجمري:
“الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على مولانا رسول الله وآله وصحبه.
معشر الأساتذة أعضاء الأكاديمية،
حضرات السيدات والسادة،
إنه لمن بواعث الاعتزاز، أن نخاطبكم اليوم، بمناسبة افتتاح دورة أكاديمية المملكة المغربية في حلتها الجديدة. ولعل هذا الافتتاح لن يكون لحظة استئنافية فحسب، بل نريده بالأحرى مرحلة استثنائية في المسار المشرق لهذه المؤسسة الوطنية العريقة، ذات الصيت الذائع والإشعاع المتميز.
أما الاستئناف، فامتدادٌ لأشغال وعطاءات هذه المعلمة العلمية الوطنية، التي أُسست على إرادةٍ امتد أفق طموحها ليشيّد صرحاً حضاريا عظيما، أفلحت في بنائه هندسة المشاريع والبرامج العلمية والفكرية والثقافية، وأسهم في تنزيلها أعلام الفكر والثقافة والعلوم والأكاديميون، من مختلف المشارب والتخصصات. وهو ما تحقق، ولله الحمد، على أرض الإنجاز فيما تقدَّم من محطات هذه الأكاديمية، تفعيلا وتنزيلا، ودليلا على سداد التوجه والاختيار.
وأما الاستثناء، فمبتغاه انطلاقة جديدة أقوى ومقصد أسمى، وانخراط مكثف تخطيطا وتنظيما، وإشعاعا وتأثيراً. وإن طموحنا هذا لا يعادله إلا إيماننا الراسخ بأهليتكم وقدرتكم على رفع هذا التحدي وتحقيق هذا المسعى.
حضـرات السيدات والسادة،
لا يخفى عليكم أن عالمنا المعاصر يشهد تحولات عميقة على كل المستويات، حيث أصبحت الأواصر الثقافية والفكرية، والحوار الحضاري، تزداد رسوخا، وتُعلي من شأن الانفتاح على ثقافات العالم، وإرساء مجتمع المعرفة. ومن ثم، لا يمكن للمغرب، وهو ملتقى الحضارات والثقافات إلا أن يواكب هذا المسار، ويكون فاعلا في ترسيخ ركائزه.
ولا غرو في أن تصبح أكاديمية المملكة المغربية اليوم، هذه المؤسسة العتيدة، التي أحدثها والدنا المنعم جلالة الملك الحسن الثاني، طيب الله ثراه، سنة 1977، منارة للفكر والبحث المعرفي والثقافي العابر للقارات، ومشتلا للارتقاء بالقدرات الفكرية والعلمية في كل مجالات العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، تسهم في تطوير البحث وإغنائه، وفي إبراز العمق التاريخي والحضاري الذي راكمته المملكة المغربية على مر العصور.
وبغية تمكينها من النهوض بالمهمة النبيلة المنوطة بها على أكمل وجه، فقد حرصنا منذ سنة 2015، على تفعيل الأكاديمية وتجديد هيكلتها، بما ينسجم مع أهداف ومقتضيات دستور المملكة، الرامية إلى صون هويتنا الوطنية، بمكوناتها العربية-الإسلامية والأمازيغية والصحراوية الحسانية، وروافدها الإفريقية والأندلسية والعبرية والمتوسطية؛ وكذا مع خدمة الإشعاع العلمي والثقافي للمملكة، والإسهام في التفكير في الإشكاليات والقضايا المطروحة في عالم اليوم.
وقد أبينا إلا أن نعطي للأكاديمية نفسا جديداً ودفعة قوية، تعتمد على رؤية جديدة، بهياكل وأعضاء جدد، وبرامج ومشاريع في مجملها ذات صلة بهويتنا، منفتحة على التجارب الثقافية الدولية لمواكبة مستجدات العصر.
وأما الهيكلة الجديدة التي ارتأيناها لمؤسستكم الموقرة، والتي تتوخى التدبير الرشيد والإسهام الفاعل والمؤثر، فقد أعلنا عنها في ظهيرنا الشريف الصادر في فبراير 2021، بحيث تم إلحاق “المعهد الملكي للبحث في تاريخ المغرب” بالأكاديمية. كما أحدثت كل من “الهيئة الأكاديمية العليا للترجمة” و”المعهد الأكاديمي للفنون” و”مؤسسة أكاديمية المملكة المغربية للتعاون الثقافي”. كل ذلك من أجل رفع التحديات التي أضحى يفرضها مجتمع المعرفة.
فهذه الهيئات تضع على عاتقها مسؤولية العناية بالمعرفة التاريخية، وتجديد مناهج البحث في تراث المغرب وتاريخه، فضلا عن منح العناية الوافية لحقلي الترجمة والفنون، لما لهما من أدوار في تبيان مساهمات الفكر المغربي في المعرفة والإنسانية جمعاء.
حضـرات السيدات والسادة،
لقد حرصت أكاديمية المملكة المغربية منذ انطلاقتها الجديدة، على تنظيم دورات علمية، جعلتها أفقا لتفكير معرفي واقتصادي وجيو-استراتيجي، منها دورات عن إفريقيا وأمريكا اللاتينية وآسيا والبحر الأبيض المتوسط.
كما واصلت اهتمامها بصون وتثمين التراث المغربي، والاحتفاء بأعلام الفكر المغربي، وإحداث كرسي الآداب والفنون الإفريقية وكرسي الأندلس، وكرسي للآداب المقارنة دعما للقدرات المعرفية الشابة، في إطار مشروع الطلبة الدكاترة بالجامعات المغربية، والذي نوليه كبير العناية والاهتمام، إيمانا منا ألا تقدم للمجتمع من غير نهضة ثقافية، ومن غير انفتاح العطاء الأكاديمي على نوابغ المستقبل من الشباب، باعتبارهم الرأسمال البشري القادر على تجسيد الابتكار والفكر الخلاق، أخذاً وعطاء، في العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية واللغات والعلوم والآداب والفنون.
وإننا لنستبشر خيراً بما أقدمت عليه الأكاديمية من إعادة هيكلة مكوناتها، بغية تمكينها من أداء المهمة النبيلة المنوطة بها، خدمة للإشعاع العلمي والفكري والحضاري للمملكة، وكي تظل ملتقى للحوار، وأرضاً للقاء بين أعلام الفكر والعلم بمختلف تخصصاتهم واهتماماتهم، وتبادل الرؤى بخصوص مختلف قضايا هذا العصر.
واعتباراً للأبعاد المتعددة لعمل أكاديمية المملكة المغربية، فقد قمنا بتعيين أكاديميين جدد، مغاربة وأجانب، مراعين في ذلك تنوع مشاربهم، وتكامل اختصاصاتهم، واتساع خبرتهم ووفرة تجربتهم.
وإذ نرحب بكم ونهنئكم على انضمامكم لهذه المعلمة العلمية، فإننا على يقين بأنكم ستسهمون في تعزيز إشعاعها المعرفي، لتواصل النهوض على أكمل وجه بدورها التنويري والتنموي.
ولا يفوتنا في هذا المقام، أن نعبر عن بالغ شكرنا للأعضاء الشرفيين، لما قدموه من جهود في سبيل النهوض بالمقاصد المثلى للأكاديمية، وما أسهموا به من عطاءاتهم العلمية وإنتاجاتهم الفكرية.
حضرات السيدات والسادة،
تعيش المجتمعات المعاصرة على وقع تحولات اجتماعية وثقافية واقتصادية متسارعة ومتداخلة، وتتطور بالتغيير لا بالجمود. ومن هنا، فإن التراكم والتكامل المعرفي وتجسير العلوم، يبقى هو الرهان الأساس لأي تقدم سليم، يقوم على الحفاظ على هوية الأمة ويحصنها من المخاطر والانحرافات، ويكسب المجتمع التنوع والتعدد الفكري الإيجابي.
ولعل من نافلة القول التأكيد على أنَّ تقدم المجتمعات لن يتم من غير نهضة فكرية وثقافية متجددة، ولن يتحقق إلا بتوفر بيئة ملائمة لإنتاج المعرفة، وأن تطور تلك البيئة رهين بمدى إسهامها في تنمية العطاء الحضاري.
والمملكة المغربية تمتلك، ولله الحمد، تراثا حضاريا خصبا ومتنوعا، ماديا وغير مادي، مكن بلادنا من احتلال مراتب متقدمة بين دول العالم من حيث التسجيلات الثقافية على قائمة اليونسكو للتراث العالمي.
ولقد رسخت أكاديمية المملكة المغربية حضورها المتميز، داخليا وخارجيا، على مدى العقود الثلاثة منذ إنشائها، بما أنتجته من تفكير حول القيم، باعتبارها أحد مرتكزات الحياة الإنسانية.
لذا، نشيد باختياركم لـ “الأسرة وأزمة القيم” كموضوع رئيسي لهذه الدورة، اعتبارا لأهميته وراهنيته، خاصة في ظل ما يشهده العالم من اهتزاز في المرجعيات وفقدانها أحيانا ؛ مما يستدعي تعميق التفكير في هذا الموضوع الجوهري، والدراسة العلمية الرصينة للتحولات الجارية، ولتداعياتها على كل المستويات، لاسيما في ما يخص التماسك العائلي والتضامن الاجتماعي.
ومما لا شك فيه أن مسألة القيم، بكل أبعادها وتجلياتها، تعد من بين المهام الجليلة للأكاديمية، لمساهمتها الفاعلة في بناء المشترك الإنساني عبر تعزيز الهوية وتثمين التعدد الثقافي واللغوي، وتحصينهما إبداعا وممارسة في الحياة الفكرية والانفتاح على شتى الحضارات والثقافات
وهو ما يجسد سعي أكاديمية المملكة المغربية لتحقيق “شراكة حضارية” تتخطى الاختلاف والتباين، وتروم التقارب والتواصل والتفاهم، في انفتاحها على المستجدات العلمية والفكرية، وإيمان والتزام بالقيم والمبادئ الإنسانية المشتركة.
