أكد الوكيل العام للملك لدى محكمة النقض رئيس النيابة العامة، عضو الهيئة المكلفة بمراجعة مدونة الأسرة، الحسن الداكي، امس الأربعاء بالرباط، أن الهيئة عقدت حتى الآن أزيد من مائة جلسة استماع، شملت مختلف الفاعلين المعنيين.
وقال الداكي، في تصريح للصحافة على هامش جلسات استماع عقدتها الهيئة الاربعاء، مع كل من الهيئة الوطنية للعدول، والرابطة المغربية للمواطنة وحقوق الإنسان، وجمعية سيدتي المغربية، إن جلسات الاستماع هاته تندرج في إطار الاستراتيجية التشاركية التي اعتمدتها الهيئة مع مختلف هذه الفعاليات المعنية، من أحزاب سياسية ومركزيات نقابية وجمعيات ومؤسسات عمومية، وكذا كل من له اهتمام بدراسة وتحليل ومناقشة مدونة الأسرة.
وأضاف الداكي أن الهيئة المكلفة بمراجعة مدونة الأسرة ستواصل الاستماع لبعض الجمعيات المهنية المعنية، كجمعية هيئة المحامين والجمعيات المرتبطة بالمهن الأخرى كالمفوضين القضائيين، وكذا بعض المؤسسات الحكومية كوزارة الشؤون الخارجية والتعاون الإفريقي والمغاربة المقيمين بالخارج ووزارة الداخلية ومؤسسة وسيط المملكة، ولكل من له دراية واهتمام بالمجال من شخصيات مشهود لها بالفقه ودراسة المرجعيات المرتبطة بمدونة الأسرة.
وأبرز أن الغاية من الاستراتيجية التشاركية التي تعتمدها الهيئة هي الاستماع لكل من له نظرة ورؤية تعزز المعطيات والمعلومات التي تسعى الهيئة إلى تجميعها حتى تكون رؤيتها ومعطياتها متكاملة في أفق إعداد مقترحات لرفعها إلى أمير المؤمنين، صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، وفق تعليمات جلالته الواردة في الرسالة الملكية إلى رئيس الحكومة والمتعلقة بإعادة النظر في مدونة الأسرة.
