صادق مجلس جهة فاس مكناس على تسعة اتفاقيات شراكة لإنجاز مشاريع تنموية، في مقدمتها مشروع بناء الملعب الكبير بمدينة مكناس بغلاف مالي إجمالي يناهز 600 مليون درهم.
وتجمع اتفاقية الشراكة الخاصة بإنجاز هذه المنشأة الرياضية بين وزارة التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة، التي ستساهم بمبلغ 150 مليون درهم، وجهة فاس-مكناس بمساهمة قدرها 100 مليون درهم، ومجلس عمالة مكناس بـ10 ملايين درهم، وجماعة مكناس بـ30 مليون درهم، وجماعة المشور بـ10 ملايين درهم، فضلا عن الجامعة الملكية المغربية لكرة القدم التي ستساهم بـ300 مليون درهم.
وتحدد الاتفاقية مساهمات مختلف الأطراف الموقعة من أجل إنجاز الملعب الكبير بمكناس، إلى جانب الشروط العامة المتعلقة بتدبيره وتسييره.
وتم تعيين الجامعة الملكية المغربية لكرة القدم صاحبة للمشروع، فيما أوكلت مهمة صاحب المشروع المنتدب إلى الوكالة الوطنية للتجهيزات العامة.
