وقضت هيئة الحكم بأداء المتهم تعويضا لشركة RATP DEV Casablanca مبلغ قدره 100 ألف درهم و50 ألف درهم لشركة البيضاء للنقل.
وكان الشاب قد اشتهر بظهوره في شريط فيديو ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بارتمائه على سكة الطرامواي، ودخل تحت بين القاطرة الأمامية للطرمواي والسكة، لولا فطنة السائق لقام بدهسه، ما جعل المحكمة تدينه بتهمة عرقلة سير ناقلة طرامواي.
وصرح المتهم أمام المحكمة أنه كان في وقفة إحتجاجية، نظمتها نقابة الاتحاد المغربي للشغل ضد شركة “كازا طرامواي” للمطالبة بالزيادة في أجور المستخدمين بالقطاع، وتحسين شروط العمل للذين يشتغلون فيها.
وجوابا على سؤال المحكمة صرح المتهم أنه قام برمي بنفسه على سكة الطرامواي ودخل تحته بدون شعور.
أشارت النيابة العامة أثناء مرافعتها إلى أن العامل المتهم، قام بعرقلة سير مسار ناقلة طرامواي برمي نفسه على سكة طرامواي وإدخال جسده تحت القاطرة الأمامية للطرامواي، ولولا يقضة السائق لدهسه، وتم إستخراجه من من طرف الشرطة بصعوبة، والتمس ممثل الحق العام بأقصى العقوبة.
وأوضح دفاع العامل الذي تم تعيينه من نقابة الاتحاد المغربي للشغل أن موكله ليس مجرما ولا يريد عرقلة سير مسار ناقلة الطرامواي، وحيث كان يقوم بوقفة احتجاجية يخولها له الدستور والمواثيق الدولية، إلا أنه فقد السيطرة على نفسه، وقام برمي نفسه فوق السكة وحشر جسده تحت الطرامواي.
يذكر أن مصالح الأمن الوطني أوقفت الشخص الذي ظهر في مقطع فيديو تحت ناقلة الطرامواي بشكل يعرض حياته وسلامة مستعملي هذه الطريق العمومية للخطر.
