ابتدائية مراكش تؤجل النظر في قضية الشقيقين ” باطمة” وسعيدة شرف و” رضا ولد الشينوية”

أرجأت  المحكمة الابتدائية بمراكش، اليوم الإثنين، البث في الشكاية التي تقدمت بها الفنانة دنيا بطمة وشقيقتها عارضة الأزياء ابتسام بطمة ضد الفنانة سعيدة شرف والمؤثر عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي رضا البوزيدي الشهير بـ “ولد الشينوية” إلى الـ23 من الشهر الجاري، وذلك من أجل “إصلاح خطأ في الشكاية بخصوص عنوان وهوية الأخير”.

وكانت دنيا بطمة قد كشفت، أن القاضي قرر تأجيل الجلسة السابقة التي عُقدت في الـ 12 شتنبر الماضي بناء على ملتمس تقدم به محامي سعيدة شرف من أجل إعداد الدفاع، إضافة إلى تعديل المعلومات الشخصية لرضا البوزيدي بسبب تشابه اسمه مع شخص آخر.

يذكر أن دنيا بطمة وشقيقتها ابتسام تابعتا الفنانة المغربية سعيدة شرف على خلفية قضية حساب “حمزة مون بيبي”، فيما وجهتا للمؤثر تهم “السب والقذف والتشهير والابتزاز”.

يشار إلى أن الفنانة دنيا بطمة لجأت إلى محكمة النقض، بعد رفع محكمة الاستئناف لعقوبتها من ثمانية أشهر إلى سنة سجنا نافذا، فيما قضت شقيقتها عارضة الأزياء ابتسام بطمة عقوبة حبسية لمدة سنة نافذة.

وتوبعت ابتسام بطمة بتهمة “المشاركة في الدخول إلى نظام المعالجة الآلية للمعطيات عن طريق الاحتيال، والمشاركة عمدا في عرقلة سير هذا النظام وإحداث اضطراب فيه وتغيير طريقة معالجته، وبث وتوزيع أقوال أشخاص وصورهم دون موافقتهم عن طريق الأنظمة المعلوماتية، وبث وقائع كاذبة قصد المساس بالحياة الخاصة للأشخاص قصد التشهير بهم والمشاركة في ذلك”.
